U.S. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. No international shipping is available at this time.

 Shipping Carrier & Service

We use USPS First-Class Mail for all orders under 100g.

• Delivery Time: Typically 2–5 business days
• Tracking: Available for all orders
• Carrier Options Considered: USPS is most cost-effective for lightweight shipments. Other carriers (UPS, FedEx) may be used for special arrangements.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

 Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

• Flat Rate: $6.99 per order

Packaging

All orders are packaged securely in eco-friendly padded mailers or small boxes appropriate for lightweight, delicate items. We aim to minimize environmental impact while ensuring product safety.

 Returns & Shipping

• If your return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we cover the return shipping.
• If returning for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 Lost or Delayed Packages

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please contact us within 7 days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, but we’ll do our best to assist.
